MoreI have nothing but positive thoughts and feelings about this place. The customer service is SUPERB, top tier, spectacular!!! It starts at the parking lot with the security guard that greets you with a smile and assures you its ok to go in, then you are met with friendly faces that direct you to a tile expert, now these experts go above and beyond they will take every single tile on display to make combinations for you. They then show you what your layout will look like as well as recommend accessories!!! The entire process is so heartwarming as you are greeted with a smile that is sustained throughout the entire shopping experience!! This place is wonderful, the staff is courteous and warm, the tile selections are marvelous and your project is guaranteed to turn out just splendid. After you purchase you wait as your order is prepared then you are directed to the warehouse where skilled men and women load and pack you purchase, with the very same pleasantries you received in store... I am astonished by the delivery and presentation of this place and surprised its not more popular than it is... this is the place to shop for modern, fairly priced tiles and more for your building finishes... I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! ITS A MUST IF YOU ARE BUILDING!!!

I went here two times and the staff were very customer oriented. They were willing to answer our questions and they were very knowledgeable and detailed. Good customer service is very rare in Jamaica so that alone would convince me to do business here.

Our experience at Creative Buildings Finishes was a positive one. The sales person on the floor was very helping and accommodating to our request and changes. We got the tiles that was best for us at a better than expected price. They offer a wide selection of wall and floor tiles. They also sell counter tops and kitchen backsplash. I would gladly recommend Creative Buildings Finishes to anyone that is doing construction or remodelling and need high quality tiles and fixture for their home.

They have a wide variety of tiles. They also have the widest varity of tiles strip I have seen so far, these include an assortment of colours, finishes and designs. If you are looking for unique tiles and building accessories, this is the store to visit.Their prices however, are a bit higher than most other tile stores. Worth checking out though.
