Refund policy
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return all of the following conditions must be met:
• The items must be in the original condition, including all original packaging, tags or any accompanying accessories.
• Proof of purchase, such as invoice or payment receipt must be presented.
• If goods are returned for damage, the customer is required to submit evidence where the damages were because of Creative Building Finishes’ negligence in dispatching and handling of the goods.
• We do not offer transportation service for the items returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
• The return must be made within 90 days of purchase for tiles and 30 days of purchase for ALL other inventory items.
Once all of the above criteria are met, please contact the sales representative or receptionist to inform them of the return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
• Items purchased on special order which were specifically requested and personalized for the customers.
• Items that have been used, damaged, altered or washed by the customer.
• Items marked as final sale are non-returnable as per management policy.
• Items that are discontinued.
